Bin History
Scan any bin tag to instantly view its complete lifecycle—picking, loading, receiving, inspection, weighing, dumping/processing, and more.
Delivery Ticket
Create and manage bin deliveries from orchard/field to storage or packhouse. Capture key load details such as date/time, driver, truck, and notes. Print tickets or use electronic receiving.
Empty Bin Request
Field crews can request empty bins by type and size, ensuring harvest never slows down.
Empty Bin Tracking
Track bins issued to growers and returned to the packer. Print receipts for accountability.
Forecast
Enter and adjust harvest forecasts by lot and variety. Compare against up to five years of historical actuals.
Fulfill Sales Order
Ship packed product to fulfill sales orders. Mobile devices display order details and enable pallet scanning for accuracy.
Harvest Bin Tracking
Tag bins directly in the field using mobile devices. Capture detailed harvest data including orchard/field, block, row, GPS location, date/time, variety, crew, pickers, bin type, percent full, field grade, bin score, and more.
Hauling Dashboard
Real-time view of where bins are located and how many are ready for pickup. Drivers can reserve loads and optimize hauling routes.

Receive Delivery
Receive inbound bin loads from the field. Supports first-time scanning when using pre-printed yield tags.
Receive Pallets
Receive field-packed product or partner inventory. Supports GTIN label printing in the field and easy pallet tagging upon arrival at the cooler.
Reports
Access most reports via the web-based viewer, with select reports available on mobile. Custom mobile reports and views can be created to fit your operation.
Time-Tracking
Comprehensive labor tracking including crew clock-ins/outs, breaks, hourly and piece-rate pay, approval workflows, employee photos, and direct text/email/phone communication from mobile.
Transfer Inventory
Move bins or inventory between locations with full traceability.
Weigh Bin
Capture gross bin weight and automatically calculate net produce weight using bin tare weights.
Work Order/Spray Records
Manage chemicals, mixes, PPE, and re-entry requirements. Create spray recommendations by orchard/field and block. Applicators receive assignments on mobile, confirm conditions (wind, temperature, etc.), batch mixes, and log compliance details.
