Harvest Point Field Pack

Field Packing and Produce Labeling

Print case and container labels as produce is packed in the field, then carry field, lot, and product information through truck dispatch, cooler receiving, and pallet inventory.

Pack where you pick

Keep the record moving with the product

When finished product is packed in the field, identification cannot wait until it reaches the shed. Harvest Point connects field packing, mobile label printing, truck dispatch, receiving, pallet tagging, inventory, sales, and shipping in one operational flow.

One connected workflow

From harvester to cooler inventory

  1. Set the field context

Connect the work to its field or orchard, block, harvester, product, and lot.

  2. Label every container

Print a separate label and unique serial number for each case or container.

  3. Dispatch the load

Record the receiver, products, quantities, load, and optional driver and truck.

  4. Receive and build pallets

Confirm quantities, assign storage, create pallet inventory, and print pallet tags.

Produce labels with operational context

Put the right information on the label in the field

Harvest Point uses configurable label templates to place supported product and traceability data on container labels. Your approved template controls the final label design and barcode format.

GTIN data and GS1-128 label formats

Use your configured product identifiers

Place configured GTIN and lot information into customer-approved label templates, including GS1-128 barcode formats when required.

Harvest Point places the configured GTIN into the template; it does not issue or validate GTINs.

Warehouse-ready identification

Include a Voice Pick Code on the field label

Harvest Point can calculate a label-ready Voice Pick Code from the product GTIN, current lot number, and current date. The printed code helps carry the product's identity into downstream handling workflows.

Location-aware field work

Keep crews and receiving grounded in place

Field Pack presents the selected field or orchard, block, and loading area on a map. A boundary warning can alert the operator when the device is outside the selected block, and receiving captures device location when the load is saved.

Connected traceability

Carry grower, field, block, product, lot, dispatch, and receiving context forward.

Inventory on arrival

Turn the received product into identified pallet inventory at its storage location.

Ready for fulfillment
